1)控制面板里卸载
2)如果你的操作系统用户名是Administrator则删除
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\MySQL
3)删除
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MySQL
4)删除注册表 regedit
搜索mysql
